Order your EXHIBITOR badges


Please add the members of your team who will be present on site, in order to generate badges and facilitate access upon your arrival. Once validated, it is possible to modify your badges but not to remove them. 

Important:
By ordering exhibitor badges, the exhibitor confirms that the group delegates whose names will be shared for the purpose of the registration to the event have agreed to this data share and its purpose.

Please note that by presenting his badge to other exhibitors for scanning (lead retrieval), the exhibitor expresses his consent to share his personal details with them, which consists of sharing his title, name, company name, country and e-mail address.

By attending INDEX™26, the exhibitor authorises the Organiser to photograph and/ or film their likeness free of charge, and to use such images in any medium for promotional purposes, in Switzerland and abroad for an unrestricted period of time.

We kindly ask to provide a single e-mail per person (no duplicate e-mails) to facilitate the registration to the official INDEX™26 Mobile App’.

Exhibitors are entitled a certain number of free exhibitor badges, dependent upon the size of their stand:
Any exhibitor badges ordered in excess of the free allocation will be charged at EUR 60.- each and be invoiced separately after the Exhibition.

Up to 4 badges, we recommend to add the names of your colleagues by filling the form below.
From 5 badges, or your co-exhibitors, we recommend to complete the template available HERE, and send it back completed by email at: registration@indexnonwovens.com

Please note that all the columns are mandatory in the name list template: Title (Mr/ Ms), First Name*, Last Name*, Company Name* (stand name)*, Job Title, E-mail Adress, Direct business phone number, Phone number, Country* (please select from drop down list).
